Commercial Locksmith for Gainesville Businesses

Rekeys, new locks, lockouts, and vehicle keys for student apartment rentals, property owners, offices, shops, and restaurants across Alachua County. We can come before you open or after you close, so work doesn’t stop.

Student Rentals

Unit turnovers for student apartments: entry-door, bedroom-door, and mailbox locks in one visit, so the next tenant moves in with keys nobody else has.

Offices & Stores

Lockouts, broken keys, and locks that stick or won’t latch. Commercial-grade lever locks and deadbolts installed or replaced.

Staff Changes

An employee left with a key? A rekey makes the old keys useless and keeps your existing hardware, so it costs less than new locks.

Keypad & Smart Locks

Give each person their own code and change codes yourself when staff or tenants change.

What we do for businesses

  • Office, store, and storage room lockouts
  • Rekeying after an employee leaves or a key goes missing

  • Keypad and smart locks, so each person gets their own code
  • One key for several doors (keyed alike)
  • Cabinet, desk, and mailbox locks
  • Spare and replacement keys for company cars, vans, and trucks

Who we work with

  • Contractors and companies with work vehicles

How much does it cost?

Every job is priced individually. The price depends on the number and type of locks, the hardware, and the time of the visit. Service details and expected pricing are explained before work begins.

Business questions

Can you come before or after business hours?

Yes. We work 7 days a week. After hours, 8 pm – 7 am, a $95 after-hours fee is added to the job.

Can all our doors use one key?

Usually yes, if the locks are the same brand and key type. We check them and tell you what is possible.

Do you make keys for company vehicles?

Yes. Cars, vans, pickups, and heavy trucks, cut and programmed on site. See key programming.

Who can authorize the work?

The owner, a manager, or someone with written permission from them.
